Virtual Computing - Cool Stuff!

Can you guess what these things are? Holy Batman! (Sent to me by my friend CoyoteCult/Chromedog/UncleCoyote - he’s multi-personalitied, harmless and very talented and creative).
They’re way too high tech for that.
Any guesses? Well, believe it or not you are looking into the future at what may very possibly be a replacement for your PC
Using advancements in Bluetooth technology the super Geeks are developing computers that clone your desktop’s capabilities and fit in your pocket
That pen looking instrument projects both the monitor and keyboard onto flat surfaces. In the future, you’ll be able to use these images to carry out normal computer operations!
Now that’s cool! And not only is it "cool" its the future, and possibly has implications on combating terrorism…technology and counterterrorism go hand in hand. To quote my friend Moon, "technology is a huge factor in counterterrorism." Think of the implications of this (mobile computing).

Cool stuff for sure. I’m looking forward to the time when keyboards are eliminated totatlly and its all command on voice recognition.
Fairly accurate voice recognition already exists. I actually had to install some for some handicapped fellow employees around 1992 or so. It’s gotten even better since then. However, I don’t like it. The thought of saying “google blonde babes having group sex” out loud with kids around just doesn’t appeal to me.
Thought recognition is what I’m looking for.
